DESCRIPTION:TIDAL TRAILS\nSunday 17th August\, 12:30pm \nSouth Shields Beach \nRegister to take part in Tidal Trails by clicking here!\n\nRun for Red Sky Foundation\, the official charity partner of Tidal Trails and help us to save every heartbeat to keep on saving lives.  We help and support babies\, children and adults who are born with or who may develop heart conditions in Sunderland and the North East.  If you are running this year\, we would love you to register here for your fundraising link to raise vital funds for our charity and help us install more life saving public access defibrillators across South Tyneside and the wider North East. \nRed Sky Foundation is saving lives and sudden cardiac arrest can happen to anyone.  Currently only 1 in 10 people survive an out of hospital cardiac arrest\, but you can change that by running for #TEAMREDSKY. \nYou can choose to raise money by running in any of the Trail Events.  There is something for everyone. \nCome and join in one of the north’s largest running events that races along the South Shields sea front a simply stunning backdrop to all races. No matter if you’re a first-timer or an experienced runner\, the course and atmosphere are conducive to fast times as well as a lot of fun.
