DESCRIPTION:We welcome you to join the Red Sky Cycle Challenge 2026 raising vital funds to help little hearts and their families. \nWe have 30 rider places ready to set off from Whitehaven to Sunderland on a 220 kilometre cycle challenge encompassing some of the best scenery Britain has to offer through the Lake District\, Penines and County Durham. \nThe price includes accommodation\, evening meals\, breakfasts and drinks and snacks throughout. \nIts a fully supported trip with the aim to have fun\, stretch those legs and to help us fix more hearts across the region. \nRed Sky Coast to Coast Cycle Challenge 2026\nFriday 12 June 2026 – Sunday 14 June 2026  \nJoin the Class of ’26 on the Red Sky Coast to Coast Cycle Challenge  \nTake on the stunning Coast to Coast Cyle Challenge from Whitehaven\, across to Sunderland and help raise vital funds in aid of Red Sky Foundation. \nTHE FUNDRAISING CHALLENGE  \n\nTest yourself against this iconic British cycling challenge and support Red Sky Foundation \nAim to exceed your minimum fundraising target\nStarting from Whitehaven on Friday 12th June and finishing to a heroes welcome at Roker\, Sunderland on Sunday afternoon.    \nCelebrate with an endof ride exclusive party and prize giving at “These Things Happen” Roker’s newest trendy venue.  \nStunning route across the country \nExperience the beauty of the scenery \nFully supported cycling challenge including Dinner\, Bed & Breakfast\n\nAs places on this ride are limited we ask all riders to commit to raising £750 for Red Sky Foundation. \nBe inspired by some of the most dramatic scenery the UK has to offer on this classic bike ride from West to East. Departing from Whitehaven’s seafont slipway\, this challenging itinerary stretches for 220km until reaching the North Sea at Roker in Sunderland.   \nYou’ll need all your pedal power to tackle the long ride. DESCRIPTION:On Saturday 20th June\, Red Sky Foundation has the use of Shotton Airfield so you can fly through the clouds to help raise awareness of organ donation and raise vital funds so we can help little hearts and their families.\nWe have teamed up Sky High Skydiving to give 40 high flyers the chance to get ready to experience the rush of adrenaline and leap into the skies to raise a minimum £400 in aid of Red Sky Foundation. (If you do not meet your fundraising target we reserve the right to charge you the difference.) \nNestled in the picturesque landscapes of County Durham you will have the chance to conquer the clouds and witness breathtaking views like never before. \nA journey from soaring heights to a gentle landing promises to be an unforgettable adventure. Whether you’re a daring first-timer or an experienced thrill-seeker\, signing up for the #RedSkyDive is the gateway to the extraordinary world of #TeamRedSky. \nMinimum age to take part is 16. Anyone under 18 will need their parent or guardian’s consent to jump.\nWeight restrictions apply: \n\nMales = 98kg / 15st 7lb\nFemales = 92kg / 14st 7lb\n\nAll participants are assessed at check-in to ensure weight and height are in proportion (participants may be able to attend prior to be assessed if they are concerned about this)\, anyone above their genders limit\, up to 110kg\, may still be able to jump depending on the availability of a suitable instructor and equipment\, for a surcharge of £35. \nIt may be possible to upgrade to 10\,000ft jump on the day at an additional cost. \nCamera packages will be available to purchase on the day to campture this amazing memory: \n\nBronze (handcam) = £100\nSilver (outside cam) = £145\nGold (both of the above) = £195\n\nIf you’re a high flyer\, book now and let your dreams take flight! \nRegister Here
