Red Sky Foundation is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we’re looking for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing and Communications Executive to lead the way.

You’ll be our go-to digital expert, responsible for building and delivering a supporter-first strategy that increases brand visibility, income generation, supporter acquisition and engagement. You’ll support our digital presence across CRM, paid media, website, analytics and campaigns – helping to shape the future of how we connect with supporters, sponsors and the wider public.

What you’ll be doing

Working with our CEO & Head of Operations and supported by our external marketing agency you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels.
  • Taking ownership of our CRM, utilising it to increase supporter engagement and giving.
  • Designing and delivering high-performing content tailored to each digital channel – from videos and reels to written copy and infographics.
  • Managing and updating our website, improving user experience and supporting campaign conversion.
  • Shaping our communication strategy to raise the profile of Red Sky Foundation and communicate the life-saving work we do
  • Working collaboratively with the Red Sky team to align messaging and campaign planning
  • Supporting the marketing and promotion of key fundraising and awareness events – online and on the ground
  • Being a brand guardian: ensuring consistency in voice, tone and visuals across all digital and print materials

What we’re looking for:

  • Creativity, initiative and a talent for telling compelling stories.
  • A data-led mindset and a sharp eye for detail.
  • A passion for digital and its potential to drive good.
  • Flexibility – including working occasional evenings/weekends at events.
  • A collaborative spirit and team player mentality.
  • Experience in a charity setting is a plus, but not essential
